Priced at $2,099.00, this comprehensive online course provides the foundation you need to kickstart your real estate education. The package includes a manual, workbook, digital flashcards, practice questions, and access to the Course Resources website. You'll also benefit from tutor services via phone and email, ensuring you have the support needed for success.

Step 2: Obtain Phase II - Residential Real Estate as a Professional Career


After successfully completing Phase I, it's time to delve into Phase II – "Residential Real Estate as a Professional Career." Priced at $1,199.00, this course is a crucial step towards your real estate license. Remember, Phase 1 must be completed before registering for any Phase 2 courses. Regularly scheduled exams are held throughout the year in Saskatoon, Regina, and Melfort.
